Currently am working in Damazine Teaching Hospital (Blue Nile State) as specialist. The Hospital is secondary health care polyclinic facility consist of outpatient department and specialize clinic in (internal medicine , pediatric medicine, surgery, dermatology) the hospital has 100 Bed capacity, 70 bed ward for long term admission and 30 bed as outpatient for admission for 24 hour. Theater, Intensive care unit (ICU) , High dependency unit (HDU). My role is to manage chronically ill patients, stabilize and management of critically ill respiratory medicine cases, mentoring and supervising junior doctors and trainee by maintaining and stabilizing professional work relationships.
